Camp Fish'n Around
This is a sponsored week of camp in July and August for youths (8 - 14 yrs) from low income; transportation is included.

Programs:

Fishing (shore and boat)
Conservation: catch & release, cow & fish
organization presentation, wetlands, fish habitat health, shoreline health, recycling, water, pollution
Sciences: marine biology, gravity, star gazing, constellations, plant id, fish id, fish habitat health, buoyancy, nature walk, forest health, campfire, fire safety/health
Survival skills, archery, hunting/firearm safety, maps and compass
Indoor & outdoor cooking
Canadian studies
Cree Nation studie

Adopt a deserving youth to camp! $625.00 covers 7 days/6 nights at camp, including transportation, for one youth.

Youths Can Fish 2 has charitable status; tax receipts are provided for any funds towards the camp costs, as per the charitable guidelines.

YOUTHS CAN FISH 2

We are a grassroots volunteer based youth focused charity for low income families in Alberta providing a week long sponsored summer camp to needy youths.

Fishing is Fun!

Mission: To provide needy youths with the opportunity to learn outdoor skills such as fishing, camping, cooking, and conservation through summer camp.

Mandate: Our youth camp is committed to small class sizes, high staff/youth ratios, a safe and fun-filled environment, and up-to-date learning resources. We exist to help less privileged youths cast their dreams and to provide the best possible learning environment.
